Paris - Seine Dinner Cruises

Can anyone recommend a cruise company for an evening dinner cruise on the Seine. It is our first wedding anniversary this weekend and I would like a romantic evening.

We used Bateaux Parisiens and were very pleased. For a romantic evening I would recommend their Service Premier. You will have your own table at the front of the boat. Even people who have been married 40 years like ourselves found it very romantic. Web site:

On other boards I have read that the dinners on the boats are just not worth it--better to take the cruise and have a memorable dinner in a good restaurant nearby. The exception is, apparently, the Yachts de Paris. This/these (maybe) are 20's vintage yachts that offer a dinner aboard that is a definite cut above the bateaux. Here is one site. In googling for "yachts de Paris dinner" I hit several sites that give a complete rundown of all the dinner cruise offerings.

Sorry, should have finished. For $250 you can eat at MANY restaurants including Jules VErne and have a very romantic evening.

Viator offers dinner at the Jules Verne, followed by a Seine cruise (narrated in English) for US $92 per person. I believe that dinner starts at 7:15 pm. We have a couple of bookings for October.

Think about it: dinner cooked off site & carried aboard, set aside, & served hours later is rarely worth $15, much less 125 euros per person.

Dinner somewhere else, before or after your boat cruise tour.

I think the $92 viator tour takes you to the Altitude 95 restaurant on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Degas, you're absolutely right. My mistake.
