Paris River Boat Tour

Hello. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good 1-2 hour evening river boat tour of the Seine? Do these need to be booked in advance? Thank you for any advice!

Vedettes du Pont Neuf is popular in part because of their handy location at the Pont Neuf at the tip of Ile de la Cite.

You can print a ticket off their website and save a couple of euros:

I think all the boat rides are 1 hour. I too prefer the Vedettes du Pont Neuf but I like them because of the live commentary (a bit easier to understand than the recordings) and because you can sit either inside or outside.

go at night when all the glorious bridges and landmarks along the way like Notre-Dame are wondrously floodlit or in the day when you can see farther

conundrum?

I'll second VdPN. Have a nice dinner nearby and go for an end of evening cruise.

Whatever boat you are on, sit on the port side. Starboard side passengers could miss the view of Notre Dame on most boats.

Thank you for your replies! I will go with it.
