Today's tip--
Always bring an umbrella no matter what the forecast says. We learned the hard way; stood in line outside the d'Orsay for an hour waiting to get in. I don't know if it is always this busy or if it was the fact that it's free the 1st Sunday of the month. The partly cloudy sky turned to a mixture of sleet/snow & rain. By the way, Accuweather has been the most inaccurate since we've been here.
Today we say crocuses and a few forsythia. I think it is just too cold for anything to open up. The gardens all still havelast fallo's decorative cabbages.
