The Chartier Restaurant along with seven others are featured in the new (March 2003) Frommer's Budget Travel Magazine as the "little wonder restaurants of Paris". All are said to have excellent cuisine for prices between $11.00 - $17.00US. Chartier's pricing was 11.15 euros for two courses with wine. BTW, the picture of Chartier's interior has an absolutely lovely art deco feel to it....I will make sure to drop by during my stay.

Do you like mussels? Then try Chez L&eacute;on, which is a Belgian chain specializing in mussels. The turnoever is so high that you do not need to worry about the mussels being old. That's where I go for my mussel fix.
