Paris restaurant(s) w/ great bouillabase (sp??)
 

Hi all,

Does anyone have any suggestions on a restaurant in Paris that serves good bouillabase? I absolutely love it...and would love to try some. I will be there the first week of April.

I've had it in Paris at the Mediterraniam(sp?) in the 6th. Menus designed by Cocteau but to taste in Marseille seems like a totally new experience as you over look the water at Chez Fon Fon or Epuisette.

I'm not a great fan , but in Paris, my husband really liked the one served at Jacques Cagna's L' Espadon Bleu on Rue de grands-Augustin. I don't think it's on the menu evey night but you could check.

Espadon Bleu- in the 6th -Rue de grands-Augustin. Between rue St Andre des Arts and Quai des Grands Augustins.

topping for kelbert, I know more on Marseille than Paris for this dish.

It's almost directly across from where Rue Christine comes into Rue Grands Augustin
