Paris restaurant help!

Hi all - just wanted a few opinions on a few restaurants I am considering for our last night in Paris. I have read tons about each but can not for the life of me decide which I want to make a reservation at.

Here are my choices - please let me know if you think one is better than another. You'll see that I'm looking for a bistro that serves traditional food and has a nice convivial atmosphere. I think these are pretty similar in terms of price point.

La Regalade (St. Honore location)
Paul Bert
Josephine Chez Dumonet
Le Quincy
Chez Denise
La Bourse ou la Vie

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

La regalade is very nice, might be a bit more modern and hype than the others.
The food is really delicious and you can see the open kitchen.
really a good place

Of the restaurants you list, we have eaten only at Le Regalade. It is wonderful and well worth a visit.

Paul Bert is nice. You do not need a reservation. You may wait 10-15 min but I have never made a res and have walked in @ 9-9:30 with no issue for 2 people.

Ate at La Regalade and it was great (but this was years ago). Have heard very good things about Josephine Chez Dumonet.

Having difficulty choosing a restaurant in Paris from your list is what is known as a "Happy Dilemma"!
We love "Chez Josephine" on Rue Cherchi Midi. Not only is the food wonderful, but the cozy atmosphere enhances the experience. The restaurant is low key, and the prices are within reason.
I am familiar with La Regalade, but have never eaten there. I would suggest you check out their menu if it is available on line. That may give you an idea considering that it is expensive.
Have you considered any of Christian Constant's restaurants on Rue Saint Dominique in the 7th? Cafe Constant is a favorite. Monsieur Constant is one of the nicest and most devoted chefs I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

thanks all!

GoodluckGirl - thanks for the rec. I think Cafe Constant looks great and I've now added it to my list of contenders!

WAnted to trouble everyone with another question -

out of the following, would I definitely need a reservation for dinner?
Cafe Constant
Josephine Chez Dumonet
Chez Denise
Claude Colliot (this one I'm almost positive I do need one)

Cafe Constant won't take reservations, so come early or late.

I'd recommend making a reservation for Chez Dumonet and for Chez Denise.
