Paris Restaurant Atelier Maitre Albert....Reviews?

We are going to be in Paris for two nights in March. Thinking of eating dinner there....any opinions or reviews would be appreciated.

We enjoyed a truly fabulous in every way meal there last May. Food and service were superb. Atmosphere wonderful (vertical grills are fascinating). Recommend making reservations if you decide to go.

Note that there was a very appealing list of nightly specials in addition to the regular menu on the website.

Patricia Wells mentions this in one of her lists (check her website). It's Guy Savoy's casual satellite. I don't have any personal experience with the restaurant though.

Thanks for the great review....how far in advance do you think I should make reservations for a Monday night in March?
Also, any recommendations of what to order would be appreciated.
