oops I live in the states. Do they ship from France or should I buy Amazon?

Pepper_von_snoot Feb 17th, 2014 09:38 AM

Oh, by all means order from Amazon.

That way you can use up the $25 gift card you received from your neighbour, Mr. Bo Bo.

Oh, so sorry, I mistook you for my old, old, olde friend, Carmelita Radziwill.

Any fool can go to Barney's dot com and order a bag, sweetie.

It isn't that difficult.

well thanks for your sweet reply Thin although my interest in this thread is about staying within a certain price range like the original entry mentions and that is what appealed to me so Barney's price range does not apply to me obviously... Also the appeal of a handbag unique to France is what I am interested in.
I was digging for more information and found Didier Lamarthe, who has limited distribution in the US and within the price range mentioned. They have stores in Rue Bonaparte and rue de Longchamp but then again any Parisian connoisseur probably knows this. I hope this is helpful

Also, in my research I found Lancel at 8 place de L'Opera and many other locations is supposedly considered a must have upper-middle class status symbol in France. also in department stores. For me this is what I was researching and in my wish list for my love of uniquely french.
