Paris or London, if you catch cold

Which is dirtier, London, or Paris, from a germ standpoint. Paris lets dogs go in to restaurants, and they don't do a very good job of cleaning up behind themselves--i.e., I wonder how safe the food is...London is pretty dirty nowdays too.,,not the clean, friendly place it used to be before the 'chunnel". Which is dirtier?

What a lame post this is. I suppose when they opened up the chunnel, all that dirt from France just blew through it including the dog poop, right? The germs couldn't cross the channel, but now they can crawl right through the chunnel???
