Paris museums for teachers

I seem to recall a post from last year about teachers having free access to some museums in Paris. I can't remember if this opportunity is available to all teachers (all nationalities) or teachers from France. Does anyone know/have experience with this? I can't seem to find any information on the web about it.
thanks so much for any help.

I also vaguely remember that post (there have been several over the years). I think the upshot is you must be a teacher in France.

But I'm sure others will correct me if I'm misremembering.

Have a great trip!

"only if you are a FRENCH teacher" a friend was told when he tried it several years ago.

I mean, a teacher who is French.

Try anyway. It depends on the person giving out the free passes. The young women at the Pompidou Center reception/information desk are so friendly that I can't imagine them turning anybody away.
