Paris Marais studio -- I'm too delirious to think straight... can you help?

Trust me..been there. Claude and Voilaine are wonderful folks (the parisstudios)...but the St. Severin apartment is noisy and smelly. Hate to say this but on the ground floor is a pizza joint that is "hopping"...and the boys that work inside sing at about 3:00 a.m. as they clean up...
That said - I will stay in the Marais apartment they have some day...
