Has anyone had an experience with this apartment and the folks renting? It appears that they have this one aprtment that they rent.....perhaps their own. Looks nice, but woul like to hear a first hand comment - thanks

Looks like a good find, although I'd probably pass on a third floor (US fourth floor) without an elevator (at least I didn't see any mention of one.
Those stairs get longer every time after spending an entire day walking.

Maybe I missed it but what floor is this this lovely apartment on and is there an elevator----if that matters to you. I have no knowledge of this apartment but these are questions I always ask.

jeff, it's hard to tell by the photos, they're not very clear but I think you can make that climb as I could here everyday. I love the Neighborhood. I stayed on the rue Veille de Temple, my metro: hotel de ville or St Paul.
