Paris Le Madison Update

Just returned from 5 nights at le Madison, thank you to everyone who helped me find this JEWEL. The location was superb, the service was impeccable, the included breakfast was amazing. Everytime we returned to our air conditioned room on the 7th floor (73) with a view of St. Germain and a HUGE bathroom we just flopped down on the bed and sighed 'i love this room'. Every day my husband would say 'how did you FIND this place?' or 'good job on the room honey.." Becuase of the crappy exchange rate, we ended up spending a little more than I wanted. But we were happy as clams. Perfect for our belated honeymoon. I had intended to pop in on some other hotels in the area just to check for next time, but my husband stopped me at the first door and said 'what are you NUTS?..le madison is IT'
Thanks again to everyone, as soon as my jetlag subsides (its 635am on the west coast and i've been up since 4...will be fun at work today) I will write a trip report. My first trip to paris and it exceeded my wildest expectations.

If you don't mind, could you tell us how much you ended up paying per night?

Thanks!

Thanks for the review! I took a look at the hotel's web site and it does sound inviting. I have a business trip to Paris in September/October and while I'll probably be in a regular business hotel during the meetings, I'd like to stay a few days longer. I usually stay at the du Cadran in the 7th or over in the 16th, but the Madison might be worth a switch.
Glad you had a great time!
