ssander you are right-St Denis is on the 13 line of the Metro. We loved it! Really glad we finally made it there.

definitely adding St. Denis to the 'to do" list.

just looked - the RER D1 goes from St. Michel [very near where we are staying] to St. Denis itself, one stop on from the Stade de france stop. probably a bit more of a walk to the basilica than from the line 13, but a lot more convenient for us.

looks like a plan!
