What is your question about walking tours?

The question is more directed at the apartment. The lady that rents to apartment out apparently does Paris walking tours

Tried to rent from these people, but found they were very unprofessional. Didn't rent the apartment or take any of the tours.
Found a great apartment with www.vrbo.com in the Latin Quarter.

I stayed in this apartment back at the end of September. I had no problems with the professionalism of Virginia Dae and the apartment was great. I have also taken her walking tours and found them to be very informative and much more personal and informative than the cattle-call types of the big companies.
I'm sure everyone has their own opinions, but I have found Ms. Dae to be great in all my dealings with her, from her walks to her attention to detail when I first arrived in Paris. In addition, she lives directly upstairs from the rental apartment and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. If you need any more information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Also, for the record, it is more like a ten minute walk to Place Bastille and about 30 seconds to the Metro.

I have not stayed in this apartment yet, but plan to in March. I have found Virginia to be very helpful and professional. I have corresponded with someone who has stayed in the apartment and they were very pleased.
