Paris in May

I plan on staying in France around three weeks, from May 30th- June 22. Last month, I saw tickets for about $620. Now the prices are around $840-$950. Should I buy now or hope the prices go down in a month?

You never know with airfares - there used to be patterns but now they're unpredictable. If you've found flights that coincide with the dates/times of your schedule then I'd buy them sooner than later. Just don't look again at the prices once you've bought them!

I am going to Paris in April. I searched prices via Kayak for two weeks before booking. Prices did not change. Air India RT for 518 Cont for 658.

Going in April - prices remained stable for November-December scouting period. Driving me crazy so I booked to get it out of my head. $811 total pp from Jax, Fl. (used Orbitz, Kayak, Sidestep and major US carriers' websites).

Biggest change I noticed was the number of flights with terrible connections, some even 'overnighting' on the RETURN!?, some connecting with 43 minutes!!, and quite a few with 8-hr layovers in Philly or Newark. To me, this limits choices considerably.

Misskate, you must go to kayak.com. It's a great site that showes airfare trends, and will advise you whether prices are going up or down.
