Paris hotels and..

Hi,
Last minute trip to Paris! Need recommendations for an air-conditoned triple in a good walking location 100-180 Euros. Any other hints, advice, restaurants, bars, etc. very much appreciated.
merci

Since the Metro "saturation" in Paris means most every part of the city is only a few blocks from a station I'd make the "good walking location" the least of the priorities and plan on using public transport as much as possible. Might save you a few Euros, too.

We stayed at Hotel Familia last April and liked it-nothing fancy, but has breakfast, clean but smallish rooms-cheap. Also, I think there was a thread a day or two ago on favorite Paris restaurants-try searching there.

Recently stayed at Hotel Monge at 95 euro for a double with a/c. Great Latin Quarter location, modern, clean rooms. We loved it. I'm not sure if they have triples, but you can check their website.

Hotel Muguet has at least one triple.

Hotel Left Bank St. Germain which has a Best Western affiliation is a good bet. It is air-conditioned. Rooms are very nice, and they have a number of triples. These are rooms with two beds together as a double, plus a nice large day bed. Baths are very nice, all marble. The location can't be beat, half a block off Odeon Metro, towards Buci/St. Andre des Arts. I think it is still right at the top of your price range, but worth it.
