Paris Hotel - The Million Dollar Question
6-Nights in Paris Jan 1 - Jan 7 (for two 26 year olds)

All I want is:

A Clean Room and Bathroom
Nice Neighborhood
Not to far out
for 80-100$/Night

Is this too much to ask! I have had horrible experiences with European Hotels. I want to make this one count! I have tried and tried to look over the internet and have read each and every single post. I want to be sure that what I get is like the picture one sees on the web site or brochure. Or at least a good word from someone who has stayed there.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed at the "De La Sorbonne" in the Latin Quarter. It was appr. $76.00 a night. Nice room......clean etc. Close to Notre Dame and the Seine. No problems. It's on Rue Victor Cousin..I think #6. My husband and I stayed there 2 nights.

Why is this a "Million Dollar Question"? Seems like it's an $80-100 question.
