Paris Hotel De Varenne

Has anyone stayed at the De Varenne Hotel in Paris? My husband and I will be staying there in May and just realized that the room description is bath with separate water closet. Does this mean separate from our room? I'd appreciate any information you can give me on the Hotel De Vareen.

Do a hotel search here for the hotel. Yes, there have been comments made here. And also check www.tripadvisor.com.

Separate water closet means that the toilet is in its own compartment. But it will be in your room, usually right next to the bathroom.

The hotel is located in an extremely nice, residential district and is very close in walking distance to the Musee Rodin, Invalides, and you can see the Eiffel Tower from where you are. It's possible to walk also to the Eiffel Tower and across the Pont Alexandre III to the Champs Elysees if you wanted to.

Thanks you, francophile03, for your prompt reply. I am now happy to know that the water closet is in my room! I have read the reviews on the hotel and I am excited to be staying in a beautiful Paris neighborhood.

Jane22-
Please post your thoughts about the hotel when you return from your trip. I am planning to stay there in June, and would love to hear about the hotel, neighborhood, etc. Thanks!
