Paris -- Hotel Claude Bernard

Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Claude Bernard in the 5th Arr? I'm wondering if the triple rooms are big enough for three women travellers...Thanks

Hi Lynn:

I'd check the Frommers website. Seems to me I recall that the Claude Bernard is his favorite Paris hotel, so there should be a fairly comprehensive write-up.

Lynn, We stayed there for 5 nites about
2 years ago and found it to be very
adequate. We had a corner room that
could have easily handled 3 people. There was a double bed and another good sized sofa bed. The location is the best asset---close to the metro and a 10
minute walk to Notre Dame. I think it is
good value for Paris. Good luck !

Thanks for the help! I appreciate it.

Stayed here Dec. 98. Had room that was large enough for four or five people. Breakfast in lobby was adequate. Good location, walked all over Paris from this location. Desk clerks very helpful with good restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood.
