Paris Hotel Bed Size Question
 

We are thinking of staying at the Hotel Relais Bosquet for our Paris visit. My husband and I will be in one room with my seven year old son. The room is called a Double Superior with an extra twin bed for my son. The bed size for my husband and myself is 80 cm x 190 cm. I know their bed sizes differ from ours but I don't know what their bed size would be equivalent to in the U.S. When I do a search its coming up as a twin. That can't be right. Can someone help please. Thanks.

If you look carefully you'll see that it says the bed is 80cmx180cm X2 ..so it's 2 twins pushed together

Three in one room is always a tight squeeze with everyone falling over oneanother. We took two interleading rooms when travelled with our son which was fantastic as we each had our own TV (which is nice to watch for a while before dozing off).

You can always convert the cm to inches if you want to copmare to US sizes. 160 cm is closer to a US queen than king size bed. 80 cm is a very small twin-sized bed for one person alone. It is much smaller than a regular twin-size bed in the US (as would half of a queen be). It's about 32 inches and a US twin size is 39 inches. Usually, beds are 90-110 cm in France that are meant for single use, not part of a set to be pushed together (except for small children, of course).
