paris hotel

Has anyone stayed at the Franklin Roosevelt? WE are traveling with 3 other couples and want to stay somewhere nice but not too pricey. Any suggestions?

My suggestion is to tell us what "not too pricey" means to you?

navart May 23rd, 2007 12:30 PM

I guess it means under 350 USD.

I'm doing your homework for you navart. There's not many posts here on your hotel which just means that it's not one of the more popular with the Fodors crowd, but doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with it. I also posted hotel reviews for you.
Your welcome.

Phil--

The Franklin D.Roosevelt is a very nice hotel in an upscale 8th arr. location.
It was three star hotel until recently--now it sports four stars.
In spite of its name it is a french family run hotel.
It is also reasonably priced considering the neighbohood and the four star rating.
I'm sure you'll like it.

Hi,

I stayed at this hotel too many years ago to give you good advise. But, the location was great and the hotel was very nice.
