One of the reasons that I opt out of most of these dinners is because I eat French food about 90% of the time, so when I go to a restaurant, I generally want to eat something exotic from another country.

However, since I do not want to be branded a curmudgeon (even if I am one), I will additionally say that I made plans already a month ago to see a spectacle by Vincent Dedienne tonight. Have fun!

(I looked at the menu of Les Trois Carafes and it looked pretty good, though.)
