Paris, full month August, transport and museum passes??

My daughter will be studying at the Alliance Francaise for the month of August. It looks like the one month Navigo Pass is her best deal for transport. Is there a museum pass valid for a month, or is 6 days the max? Are there other options? Is there a student discount? She is 22.

I know for the Louvre she can buy a year long carte Jeunes for 15 Euro. I imagine the other museums have a pass for the under 30 's too

The national museums of France were made free to persons under the age of 26, since April 2009.

kerouac,

Merci, merci, merci beaucoup.

However, it means going to the desk with an ID card to get the free ticket. Small "price" to pay.

Kerouac, I didn't open the link but does this include the Paris city museums also? I know for younger people, they are free, but what about the "26"? Just curious, since the two types of museums are separate.

Paris municipal museums have been free for everybody for years.
