Paris - Eurostar
We will be traveling from London to Paris via the Eurostar. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn on Avenue de Repulique. After we arrive on the Eurostar at Gare du Nord which Metro do we get on to go to the hotel? We have 2 day tickets for Paris Les Cars Tour Bus. Any advice.
Thank you.

Probably Rue Saint Maur, Ligne 3.
No direct route, take Ligne 5 and change at Republique?
Though to be honest, if you couldn't deduce that from a street map and a metro map, you might be better off getting a taxi (turn right out of the station for the taxi rank)

I stayed at that hotel with my folks years ago--it's right in the Place and is actually quite pretty as they have retained the original facade and the inner courtyard. The metro stop is very close.
Don't understand your question about your tickets for Paris Les Cars.

You can also take Bus #65 from Gare du Nord to Republique, if you prefer a more scenic route:

Another vote for the bus. Not only do you get introduced to Paris at street level instead of inside a subway tunnel, you don't have to climb down into the ground and back out again.
The easiest N°65 stop to get to is across the street and down the block at 36 Rue de Saint-Quentin (maps.google.com). The bus shelter is marked "La Fayette-Dunkerque." You will board a bus labeled 65 Gare de Lyon.

When you alight at Republique, the hotel will be directly across the Place de la Republique. Turn right when you get off the bus. Walk to the crossing, cross the street, cross the Place, cross the other street, then turn right. The hotel entrance is a few paces down on your left.
