Paris -- cooking schools??

I have searched on the net for info on cooking schools in Paris and haven't been successful in finding one which has one day sessions. I am looking for a pastry class for one or two days. Anyone have any ideas or information?? thanks

Did you go on the Ritz L'Escoffier (http://www.ritzparis.com/En/R0500.asp) site or the Cordon Bleu (I think it's cordonbleu.com) sites yet?

Try cordonbleu.net

I took a class at l'Escoffier and also a demonstration; both were excellent and I highly recommend the school. Do, however, make your reservations asap; classes fill up months in advance. Chef speaks French, buy his/her assistant translates everything into English so no worries about understanding. <BR> <BR>I found a Francoise thru <BR>http://www.francetourism.com/activites/cook2.htm#PARIS & ILE-DE-FRANCE <BR> <BR>Her classes were wonderful, and her English is excellent (she does her own "translating"!). <BR> <BR>I also took a class with Paule thru <BR>http://www.theinternationalkitchen.com/ <BR> <BR>Again, her English is perfect and her class a delight. <BR>

Here's a link to an article on cooking schools I found the other day - thought some of them looked very enticing: <BR> <BR>http://paris-anglo.com/goingout/acti...k-schools.html
