Paris CDG- which Ibis?

We are off to France in June. As we return from So. France, we will stay 1 night at CDG. I am confused as to which Ibis to stay: #0815, 2, Avenue de la Raperie, Roissy En France OR #1404, Roissypole, Roissy Charles de Gaulle. I seem to remember someone on this board saying use the one with Roissypole in the address. Which to choose & why? Thank you. P.S. I have built most of this trip around your help. Again, thank you.

No answer? I did go hunting and found a post that said one was across the motorway, but both had shuttles. Any preference?

The one closest to CDG is Ibis #1404, Paris CDG Aeroport-Gares. I've stayed there a few times in similar situations and was quite pleased. Shuttle runs right from the front door to CDG terminals.

Thanks Seamus. I will make reservations at that one.

Jane,

I didn't stay at the Ibis but stayed at the Novotel -- roughly USD105/night. Walk out the door dorectly to the RER-B train station. Airport shuttle to CDG terminals every half hour, if I recall.

Happy travels.

John H.
