Paris Bistro in the 1st

Need a wonderful bistro to go to in the 1st, staying at Le Meurice. I want a classic french, non touristy, if possible in the 1st? Thank you!!!

Use the Michelin Red Guide to see what is there - there are so many choices of restaurants either in the 1st or nearby.

Ask a concierge at the hotel. I'm sure those at Le Meurice are all-knowing.

Not technically in the 1st but close enough - Bistro Volnay.

I don't know about non-touristy in that area, but there are lots of very good bistros in that area, many well-known and will have some tourists and locals, and businesspeople (it's not a cheap area, in general). for example,

You might also want to check Gayot. They have reviews of their restaurants.
