Paris bistro

We're looking for an excellent neighborhood bistro to savor the flavors of Paris where the real locals go. Any suggestions? Bon appetite....

We always spend our first night at Balzar's in the 5th

Pick up a copy of the September Gourmet. There are lots of ideas. You could also search this site for good bistros.

Our favorite is Au Petit Marguery, in the 13th--old and venerable restaurant with wonderful food and service. There it's always bon appétit.

Real locals go to Chez Papa.
