Paris Batobus

I've found a website for Batobus but it does not list any fares. Does anyone know what they are... and if the service runs in Sept.?

Look for the little British flag for 'English', then click on "About Batobus?" and all your questions will be answered.

I don't remember exactly what the fare was, but it didn't seem like a lot to me, and my gosh, what a great introduction to Paris! I'm so glad we took the Batobus as soon as we arrived in Paris. I was just stunned by the beauty!

Hi Grandma,

You will find that the 30-day pass is very economical if you want to ride the Batobus more than twice.

However, you must bring a passport-style photo.

PS,

That should have been "if you want to ride the Batobus on more than two different days".

The web site is www.batobus.com. If you click "tarifs", you'll see that a one-day dicket is 11 euros and a two-day ticket is 13 euros. You can just pay to go one stop, but I think a day ticket is worth getting. If you click "dates & horaires", you can see the dates and times when the service runs, and it now seems to run all year.

Many thanks, all. I couldn't find tarifs on the English version for some reason..... but the French did the trick.

What is the Batobus? Have been to Paris 3 times and have never been on it???? Returning in October. Please educate me?

Batobus is a boat that takes you to various landmarks in Paris. I think it includes Eiffel Tower area, Louvre, and the Orsay. There are a total of 8 different stops and people say it is a good alternative to the metro. I haven't been but I have read up on it since we are planning a trip to Paris next year.
