Paris Apt search: VIP, Paris Perfect, Vacation Paris Apt.

We've searched and searched and narrowed it down to these 3 apartments for 4 adults in Feb 2012. These apts have what we need...it's just tough making a final decision. This is our first time renting. Any assistance is appreciated.

They all look lovely, and I know that Paris Perfect apartments are done to perfection. I stayed for a few nights with a friend who was renting one in April, and it was beautifully appointed.

However, my favorite area is the heart of the 6th, and the Paris Vacation Apartment would be my choice of locations. Perhaps the other two aren't very far into the 7th, and that would be fine, too. And some folks wouldn't stay anywhere but the 7th!

In summary, i don't see how you could go wrong with any of your narrowed down options.

We've rented several times from Paris Perfect and Paris Vacation Apartments, all good experiences. I would choose the PVA apartment of those based on location, price and two ensuite bathrooms.

We rented from Paris Vacation Apartments in June 2010 and they were terrific to deal with -- even when my DH needed a doctor! We were in the Montmartre 2 BR and felt they portrayed everything accurately. Don't know if you noticed, but visitor reviews on PVA often have e-mail links for prior guests. I vetted our place that way. Have a great time!

my experience with Paris Perfect has been great so far. Many positive reviews for them, so I would lean that way.
