Last September we were able to rent an apartment for five nights. We loved this place. It had a beautiful view of the eiffel tower with the lights that twinkle at night, a fully stocked kitchen, lovely living room and the bedroom was elegant.http://parisperfect.com/

It is in the 11 arrondissement but reallly close to the Marais. Place des Vosges is a 15 minutes walk and Place de la Bastille (métro 1) is not a 10 minutes walk. The nearest métro is Voltaire, the apartement is on rue Pétion near rue Camille Desmoulins.

Have a good trip back to Paris next month, and I hope you have time to write another trip report. I was inspired by the one you wrote in late 2005, I think it was.
