Paris Apartment with 3-single beds?
 

Has anyone come across an apartment in Paris with 3 single beds? Three ladies traveling to Paris late fall and considering an apartment if we could find one with 3 single beds (prefer beds, not cots or sofas)...not three bedrooms as that would far out reach our budget. Would like to stay around 200 Euros a night or less. We will probably stay in Paris for 6-7 days and would like to be somewhere in the 1-7 arrondissements? If that doesn't work out, anyone know of a nice hotel with a triple room in that price range? I appreciate everyones good advice...thanks

How about this 2 bedroom, you could flip a coin for the larger bed. It's in a great location.

if you want 3 beds, not a sofa bed, you will most likely have to rent a 2 bedroom. Do not confuse French sofa beds with American ones. The French ones are wonderful!

Here are a few apts. under 200E with 3 beds. The pattern appears to be 2 single beds and 1 larger bed - draw straws or take turns for the master bedroom?.

All are 2 bedroom apartments - you may not find a 1br apt. w/ 3 beds.

We stayed in this apt in March and I cannot praise it enough. It is exactly like the pictures. The view is amazing - having wine on your balcony with the eiffel tower so close - wonderful. The apt has 2 bedrooms, one with a trundel bed but it also has a sofa bed. 3 beds and 200E/night I think this meets your criteria. I must have looked at 100's of apts before I picked this one and for the price and location this exceeded anything else I could find. We were 3 women - my daughter, grand daughter & myself and it worked great. The bathroom is small but since they had mirrored closet doors we had plenty of mirrors for makeup,etc. Easy walk to the metro and we ate at a few neighborhood places - all great. Hvae a fun trip.

Thanks Txhomes...that is a fantastic apartment...it would have been just what we're looking for but it's already booked for our time period...that might be our problem...fall seems to be a very busy time. Anyone else use an apartment similar to this one? We might have to rethink our options and look for a hotel with a triple? any suggestions on that? Thanks again for your help.

You're more likely to find one full/queen bed and two twins in most apartments.

Just keep looking for an apt you'll find one. It is so much better than a hotel room. The hotel rooms are small in Paris and then if you put 3 beds in a room, it doesn't leave room for much else. In the evening when you come home you'll have a couch to relax on and room to spread out. That is why we decided on an apt. and there are 100s in Paris. Good luck!

When looking for apartments, note that many feature king size beds that are actually two singles strapped together which can be configured as separate beds on request.

Thanks Everyone...I'll keep looking...our dates might be a problem...thinking of changing to March instead of the last week in October/first week in November...might have a better chance of finding something. Only have our plane reservations on hold until next Monday at this point so we could change. Thanks for the hint about king beds actually being two singles..I'll keep that in mind when I inquire about places...again, you're all wonderful to help out...thanks.

I like hotels as much as apartments, just to let you know that apartments aren't the only thing Fodorites go for.

The Palais du Bourbon hotel was a nice triple with three single beds. Ought to be in your range.

Thanks for the suggestion for Palais du Bourbon...I'll look into it now. Yes, because of our Wed. to Wed. schedule seems like most of the apartments are filled at least during part of that time. We're trying to refigure the dates/days of our trip now...hopefully, we'll work something out that will be easier. It's hard to get three schedules to work out but we're trying...everyone is always so busy.
