Paris apartment opinions please

Hello expert Fodorite travellers! We are travelling to Paris beginning of June and have been investigating apartments (2 adults, a 9 year old boy and 7 year old girl)... having trouble on deciding on the area.
It will be our first time to Europe (spending just under 2 weeks in London before going on the Eurostar to Paris). We are in Paris for just over 2 weeks thinking of doing day trips, haven't decided yet, think we'll need accommodation first!

Here are a few apartments that I've been investigating:

Louvre

Champs Elysee

Marais:

Eiffel Tower/Invalides:

If any of you have time, I know there are a few and they're all over the place, but would love your opinions.
Thanks in advance

You've chosen quite a range of apartments!

For the two by the Louvre, neither link works. The first one says it's no longer available; the second says a broken link.

Champs Elysee apartment is beautiful and spacious, which I think is a good idea for a stay of two weeks. However, not many attractions are within an easy walking distance.

For the Marais area, the first with 42 square meters would be too small for my taste and the second one, which I like very much, doesn't accept children under the age of 10.

The Eiffel Tower apartment looks very small and the reviews are not full of praise. I wouldn't rent it, especially since the first review says it wasn't very clean.

Have you looked at apartments on flipkey.com, vrbo.com, and homeaway.com? They all have a large selectiono of apartments with user reviews.

Based on my experience Vacation in Paris is perfecdt to deal with ,. You pay in US dollers by credit card and have the keys before you arrive so no wating for some one to let you in. YThere is a rep who can be reached by phone and an alternate in case the first is not available when you need them. I have stayed in that general area several times lots of shops and services nearby and good transport!

Oh and no security deposit you pay a small insurance fee instead so your mney is all yours to spend. It runs about 25 dollars worth every cent!!

I like the Champs Elysee one too, however was concerned about being not within walking distance of other attractions... The second Marais one was suggested to me by the agents, didn't pick up on the no children under 10... thanks! This is why I post stuff!!!!!!

Nice to know you've had good experience with Vacation In Paris, Avalon2 thank you for letting me know :)
