Here's another possibility. Rental for 6, by American ex-pat in Paris. Located in the 4th. I subscribe to her blog.

Thanks, Michel but I have already booked the other apartment.

I did check your link and noted the apartment doesn't have a second bathroom which I think is essential this time!
