Paris Apartment

I have been reading all of the Paris Apartment topics but am a bit overwhelmed with all of the choices out there--have visited a lot of the rental sites but can't tell a whole lot from the description and pictures--am looking for a nice Paris apartment for a week in the areas of 1 or 5th, 6th, 7th if close to the Seine. Needs to sleep 3 ladies, have a lift, washer, dryer and be about $1000 week or less. Is there anyone out there who has actually found something like that and can recommend one???

Leaving next week for a trip to Paris and I've rented an apartment for a week thru
www.vacationinparis.com
this will be the 3rd time I've rented from them, take a look, they have many apartments. The plus is they are located in the US so you pay in USD, you receive the key before leaving the States, very easy to deal with. I also rented an apt. thru www.vrbo.com last November. It's easy to get overwhelmed with so many choices. Good Luck in your quest.

The price will vary on when exactly you are going (high/low season), and whether you mind sharing beds/sofabed etc (how ladylike exactly!)
The equivalent of 700 Euro is pretty tight, have a look at this one in the 1st for 90 Euro a night for three. It's for ladies who dont mind sharing but it is pretty modern at least and a minute from the louvre:

You might try this apartment - low season is within your budget - it's at Sacre Coeur, so not exactly where you were thinking. It's a great agency to rent rom:

Also the aprtment below is lovely and would be comfortable for 3 and in the right loaction. It'ss a little more than you wanted to spend, but it is well worth the price.

Like you my daughter and I made a list of what was important to us for our second Paris visit.

We loved our first apartment http://www.vrbo.com/60877

This time we will stay at http://www.vrbo.com/53846

We only looked at apartments in the double digit arrondissements.

You may want to consider going farther afield! It's all close by metro.
