www.vrbo.com often has listings for medium to long term apartments. Also, here is a website that lists a compilation of sites for Paris apartments: http://www.cbel.com/france_paris/?order=alpha

Try www.fusac.fr.

Also, with VRBO, don't be afraid to email someone and ask them if they take long-term renters even if they don't have that info posted. You might get end up with a great rental and a great rate!

www.beau-paris.com has many nice,reasonable apartments. We stayed in "rue Borommee" and are very pleased.
