Why not get the train to Paris from Amsterdam? It will be quicker than flying. Amsterdam also deserves an extra day, especially if you are going to be jetlagged on day one. I assume you would be flying directly into Amsterdam, not transferring from Paris first?
They still sound exhausting to me, but it's your trip. Which appeals most to you, and your friends? |
Train from Amsterdam to Paris. Flying would probably be more expensive and longer as you have to travel to and from airports into the city.
You really don't have enough time for three places but if you must, I would choose Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona. Go back to Italy and see more of it next time. Are you planning to fly open jaw - into Amsterdam and out of your last stop? |
Flying in to Amsterdam - out of Rome
|
or in to Paris and out of Rome!
|
and yes it still does look tiring! Narrowed it down to Paris and Rome/Italy.
The last 4-5 days will be in Italy. The initial plan was to fly in to Rome. Are we better to fly in to and stay in Florence and do a side trip to perhaps Venice and Rome? Any thoughts? Thanks! |
