Paris, Amsterdam, or London - New Years Eve 2027
 

Hi all - I am looking for bucket list European experiences for New Years Eve 2027. Bonus if it comes with a hotel rec.

We are a family of four taking our children's first transatlantic vacation Dec of '27 (hubby and I lived in Scotland/worked in Europe so have traveled extensively). We have booked a tour of Egypt and are all thrilled. Our kids will be 14 (girl) and 9 (boy) at that time. The current thought is to fly from Sharen el Sheikh to a hub city in Europe on after the tour on December 30th, spend NYE in Europe with the kids, and fly back to Houston Jan. 1 or 2.

Since this is so far in advance, I would like to book something unforgettable. I also don't want the kids to be stuck in a street party for NYE. What are some bucket list experiences in a hub European Airport city for NYE? Can you watch the New Years fireworks from the Eiffel tower or Siene? from the London Eye? Anything unique in Amsterdam for NYE?
