Bob- this is the site we used:

Here is the link we used- they accepted a CREDIT CARD in Paris and NOT beforehand....So no need to worry-

If you are a family of 5 and will have a van to yourselves, they WILL meet you inside the airport just outside the Customs Hall with your name on a card...

If you are a single person, then I think you have to call from the airport and they are outside the airport exit--

No need to send a credit card anywhere-and are very reliable...

[email protected]

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I used the Paris Shuttle May last year upon recommendation from another poster. Pre-booked over the internet - no hassles at all. There was even a small Fodors discount - worth asking.

We just returned from Paris - used Aiport Connection shuttle to and from CDG. The cost was 31 Euros (for two of us and two suitcases) not including tip. The drivers were good and spoke fluent English - as did the phone operators.

Only down side - they may pick up additional riders per trip. No problem for us as we chatted with our co-passengers.

http://digital.france.com/hotels/shuttle/index.html

Have used PariShuttle for four different runs and have been pleased each time; drivers were personable and very helpful. Mark Harris, the manager, reads this site and if you mention Fodor's you can get a small discount on the fare. Whoever answers the toll free number will switch to English as soon as you speak. Some people have a problem with the van's making more than your one stop, but after I have spent 8 hours on an airplane, I don't care about another 20-25 mins driving around Paris. Last visit when we asked about the flea market, the driver actually took a route past it so we could see it from the van. http://www.parishuttle.com/
