Paris Airport Transfers

Can anyone recommend the best bet for CDG to city transfers?
Thanks!

Your question is a popular one here, and is somewhat like opening a can of worms.

You have as choices...RER, Air France Shuttle bus, Roissybus, taxi, shuttle van...

You might need to define "best"..quickest, cheapest, least amount of hassle. Also, when are you arriving, where are you going to ...

A search here will give you...much discussion

We took a cab from our hotel in the Marais district at 8am. It took just under an hour to reach CDG and there was a lot of traffic. It cost around 60 euros. It was easy for us, just be sure to allow enough time if you use this method.

and how much luggage, and are you travelling with your 80 year old mother,etc..

I personally have taken the RER (commuter train), Air France bus, Roissybus and a shuttle.

The RER connects to the Metro system and the ticket is good for both, cost ~8,20

Air France and Roissybus take you to pre-determined drop off points in central Paris, from there Metro or cab Cost for AF is 14 euro.
