paris airport shuttle service
 

Need roundtrip transport CDG-Paris hotel. Any recommendations/comments about ParisShuttle, BeeShuttle or others?

I used Paris Shuttle last June and although there was a wait to be picked up (due to a passenger waiting for a bag at another terminal) I thought it was good value.
On our return trip to the airport the bus arrived on time and delivered us to the terminal with no problems.
The drivers seemed competent and were familiar with all the streets the other passengers were staying in.
I think there were about 8 passengers in both buses.
The person who took the call when we arrived spoke good english and gave clear instructions about the pickup area.

We used a taxi to get from CDG to our hotel. For the return trip we used a shuttle though. Our hotel arranged it for us, and they used Yellow Van. We were very pleased with them. They called the hotel when they were about 5 minutes away to let us know they were almost there, and they were very prompt. We only had one other person on the shuttle with us. The driver checked our flights and took us to exactly where we needed to be at CDG. We would definitely use them again.

I prefer to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, it just seems easier than calling for a shuttle. But returning to the airport from the hotel, I prefer a shuttle service, which costs less than a taxi, especially for one person.

We used PARIS-SHUTTLE last Sept. I pre-Paid 76 or 79 Euro round trip CDG to our hotel in the 4Th.. Hotel to ORY. I called the toll free number at the baggage claim and they were there within 5 minutes after we went outside. They picked us up at out hotel exactly at the time we requested to take us to ORLY a week later. We are going back to Paris this Sept and I will use them again.

How far in advance should I make a reservation? I actually need a roundtrip from CDG to the 6th, and then another one from CDG to the 7th two weeks later.

Am I better off reserving all of those pickups/dropoffs at the same time, or do them one at a time?

Does anyone have more updated or current information on the various shuttle services available from Paris CDG to Paris? (My hotel is in 5th.) Must these reservations be made in advance or can I just pick it up at the airport? Is there a price savings to booking in advance? I have been reading reports that some of these companies are not reliable. Would really appreciate your comments about these various services - the good, the bad and the ugly. Merci!
