Paris - Accommodation for 12 family memebers for three days?

We are leaving ourselves a lot of room to plan this since we're not going until next summer - but we would love to rent a house or large apartment or two apartments close to each other for early in August of next year. We used to stay in a lovely B&B close to Sacre Coeur but it is now closed. Any sites which advertise accommodation by owner? Thank you - Kerry

Type Paris Apartments into the Search the Forums box above. You'll find hundreds.

If it's just three days, consider a hotel-apartment arrangement like Citadines. They can accommodate four to a room (one bedroom, plus a fold-out sofa), and each room has a fully equipped kitchen, plus there's a laundry room. You could request three adjacent rooms to accommodate a dozen people. They have multiple locations in Paris, and there are other apartment-hotel chains with similar arrangements, although I think Citadines has the most locations.
