**Beware - Fred is the guy who advertises and he wants money** He gives you information that he has copied from guidebooks and other sites and then begs for $10.

Pick up a copy of the best seller, now in paperback, "Paris to the Moon" by Adam Gopnik, a New Yorker writer. He and his wife lived five years in Paris with their young son and there are frequent references to what they did with him for entertainment. Book is good for adult touring as well.

Science and Industry Museum and also double decker carousels at various locations.

Oh, Iro, give it a break, will you!! Fred is scarcely in the travel business ... at your option, you may give him $10 as a one-time payment for using his extensive databank, which I have, very successfully. The $10 helps him service his system ... and to repeat, you pay at your option. Fred will help you regardless. To call Fred a parasite is to show just how stupid your remarks can be. Do give your mouth a rest, but give your brain some much needed work. Ciao

I loved the Musee de la Poupee but it was hard to find. Kind of like Station 9 3/4 in Harry Potter. But it was worth it. I'm a doll lover and they were displayed in my favorite way, i.e in little scenes not just lined up for inspection. Wonderful. Also the Louvre can be fun. I found a book (in French) about all the cats in the pictures (got it in the Louvre children's store). You could try and find the cats while you are exploring the galleries. Hey, I thought it was fun!

How about a ride on the ferris wheel? The are really wonderful, especially at night. If your children aren't afraid of heights, this might be fun.

And to Leone, you know what they say about people in glass houses . . .

Is the magic show Fred referred to appropriate for adults and teenagers or is it just geared toward children? Do the shows run throughout the day at the museum?
