Panzano or Castellina in Chianti?

For a four night stay in the Chianti district, would you recommend Panzano or Castellina?
More specifically, if you have any experience with Villa de Barone in Panzano, or Villa Cassafrassi, or Villa Casalecchi in Castellina it would be helpful.
