Pantheon View B&B
 

I am becoming obsessed with planning this two week trip to Italy next June.I wanted something different than an Americanized hotel. Has anyone heard or stayed at the Pantheon View B&B? If so, please tell me about it. Any other suggestions for places that aren't run-of-the-mill? Thanks

Forgot to say I want to be near the Piazza Navonna area.

Karen, <BR>I have no first hand experience....but this B & B has been mentioned several times on this forum. I suggest you do a search for Pantheon and I'm sure you will find some worthwhile info.

Hi Karen- <BR>I laughed when I read your message because I too am totally obsessed with planning a trip to Italy for my family next June! I'm on the Internet constantly (even at work) looking at this site and lots of Rome hotels, Tuscany villas, etc. Have bought 2 guidebooks and several books about Tuscany already... Maybe we should share information! In fact, I also have looked at the Pantheon View B&B. Also considering the San Pantaleo and the Santa Chiarra. How are you doing with airfares? I'm flying out of Newark and the fares are ridiculous so far!

Also trying to plan for next June - have been on this forum and slowtrav.com looking for info - sometimes I feel very overwhelmed!! I understand airfares will not be posted (at least discounted) until at least this fall and maybe later - I have been told that Albergo del Senato is a good place to stay near the Pantheon by someone who has been there!! Happy planning - hopefully we will all be able to go!
