Pairs -Looking for restaurant and cafe reccommendation in area of hotel

We would greatly appreicate recommendation of places for breakfast and dinner in the vicinity of our hotel, at 22 rue d'Antin, inbetween the opera area and the palace royal. Dinners we particularly like fish but are open to everything. Thanks for your help.
Kind regards

Two good restaurants in the area are Le Soufflé (which has other offerings, but the seafood soufflés are marvelous) and L'Ardoise, both on the Rue Mont-Thabor.

You will be surrounded by restaurants, many are inexpensive due to the many office workers in the area, and many serve upscale offerings to expense account types. Take a look at Passy Mandarin, 6 rue D'Antin, Le Moi, 5 rue Daunou, and for great fish dishes, Goumard, the one star at 9 rue Duphot. Our favorite cafe is at St. Honore & Castiglione, Cafe Castiglione. Chez Flottes is the best brasserie in the area, on Cambon, and it is reasonably priced.

Le Souffle is a marvelous little place. Last time I had the tomato and basil and the Grand Marinier.

You are close to our favorite brasserie--Le Vaudeville, on rue Vivienne across the street from the Bourse. Le Grand Colbert is further down the street toward the Palais Royale.

at lafayette gourmet, the delicatassen (or drink and foodstuffs) section of galeries lafayette, you can also get prepared food on the premises besides the counters. never tried their fish. but like the steak you can get there prepared under your eyes nad excellent.
