Paestum and mozzarella di bufala

In Paestum, one of the most interesting archeological area on Italy, during the days April 30 - May 3, it will be Mozzarella Exhibit, with guided taste of mozzarella di bufala, internal shops to buy it and to discover the other typical food of this area, which is the northern gate of Cilento, where Dieta Mediterranea was discovered.
So, who is going to plan a trip in Campania in that period, shouldn't miss this event, if they enjoy the true mozzarella di bufala.

Thank you, Vicenzo! We visited one of the mozzarella caseficios last spring...that cheese is good enough to make me want to relocate to Campania!

And, by the way, for this edition, the location is outstandig, because it is the archeological area.
I will try to be there in those days; I hope so.

Ciao.

Vincenzo
