Paella restaurants in Spain

HI. I am going to be in Spain in 3 weeks. I am looking for the best paella restaurants that one can find in Spain. I will be in Madrid, Sevilla, and Tenerife. If anyone knows of any good restaurants, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

There is one in Madrid (and I think they have a location in Seville) called La Baracca. It is great, but I would suggest making a reservation.

I love the country and the people, but their food is boring, boring, boring. Our best paella eating experience was at the 'casa kity' in a village called Xalo, inland on the Costa Blanca (maybe an hours drive north of Benidorm) their homemade wine was divine. Apart from that, eat only tapas, paella and ensalada's.
