Padua/Padova question

I have heard that the oldest anatomy lab exists in the university in Padua, Italy (only a half hour train ride from Venice).

I think this would interest my husband immensely and wish to secure tix. I have heard there is a guided tour, but cannot find information on how to book (or whether I can pre-book).

Does anyone have information on this?

Thank you!

Padua is the home of one of the great sites, the Scrovegni chapel, with its Giottos. That is definitely worth a visit See:www.cappelladegliscrovegni.it/eng/index_e.htm
For the anatomy lab see:http://www.oobject.com/10-unoperatio...ter-1583/3181/

thank you, RJD. I completely agree about the Scrovegni and have already secured advance reservations.

The website is very helpful. Do I understand correctly that I can only purchase tix to the guided tour 15 min prior to the start of the tour and not a week or so in advance?

When I researched this last year the site offered a purchase in advance option. But I waited till I got there and was able to buy them on site shortly before the tour.
